Wild Thailand
Wild Thailand
Also known as: Wild Thai, Thai Landrace, Ko Chang Thai
Overview
Wild Thailand is a rare 100% pure sativa landrace strain straight from the Ko Chang archipelago in Thailand. This authentic landrace represents a piece of cannabis history carefully bred and perfected for generations by local growers on Ko Chang who treated it like family heirlooms, with continual interbreeding using the best examples undertaken over many years by expert cultivators. The strain originates from the islands of Ko Chang Thailand and is one of the varieties with the highest THC content in the world.
The strain gained international recognition through awards including 3rd Place at the Sativa 420 Concentrate Cup in Durango, CO (2017) and 3rd Place at the Flower Winners Clio Cultivation 420 Cup in Michigan (2019). Its flowers are dressed in bright orange hairs and a thick white coat of trichomes that contrasts dramatically against the deep emerald hue of the foliage, with piecey neon green nugs. Wild Thailand represents an authentic piece of Thai cannabis culture and is considered a collector's gem among sativa enthusiasts.

Growing Information
Indoors plants reach between 100-150 cm (3.2-5 ft) while outdoors they can tower up to 3 meters (9.8 ft). Flowering time is approximately 75-80 days indoors (10-12 weeks), which is relatively short for a pure Thai sativa and makes it one of Thailand's most productive strains. The strain thrives best in outdoor environments with high humidity and warm temperatures, especially in tropical or subtropical climates. Despite vigorous growth it's surprisingly manageable indoors if you control the vegetative stage and provide lots of vertical space. The strain shows impressive resistance to mold, making it ideal for humid climates. Recommended for intermediate to advanced growers due to sativa stretch management requirements. Expected yields are 400-500 grams per square meter indoors.
