Viper OG
Viper OG
Also known as: Viper
Overview
Viper OG is a sativa-dominant hybrid strain created by crossing indigenous Burmese landrace genetics with a Mexican sativa strain known as Blackseed. Originally developed by Reeferman Seeds, this strain exhibits strong landrace genetics on both sides, resulting in exceptionally buzzy, cerebrally-targeted effects. The strain typically contains 90% sativa and 10% indica genetics, though some sources report it as 95% sativa and 5% indica. Viper OG produces large, solid flowers with an elongated, bullet-shaped structure and a relatively loose, fluffy texture characteristic of sativas. The buds display olive green leaves twisted through with curly brown and orange pistils, finished with a thick coating of translucent white trichomes that account for the strain's high psychoactivity. Known for its invigorating properties and mental clarity, Viper OG has gained recognition in cannabis communities for its energetic high and unique aromatic profile combining citrus, spice, and herbal undertones.

Growing Information
Viper OG grows tall with a structure typical of sativa-dominant strains, producing fluffy, elongated buds. The strain has a flowering time of approximately 10 weeks and can be grown both indoors and outdoors. Plants tend to grow into tall structures rather than short, stocky bushes, reflecting their strong sativa genetics. The strain is reported to produce good yields when properly cultivated, though specific yield information is limited. Seeds are not widely available for purchase, so growers typically need to obtain clippings from trusted sources to grow clones.
