Sweet Cheese is a sativa-dominant hybrid strain (70% sativa, 30% indica) developed by Sweet Seeds through crossing the classic UK Cheese and Black Jack strains. This award-winning cultivar emerged from the renowned Cheese lineage, which originated in the UK from Skunk genetics in the late 1980s and was popularized by the Exodus collective around London. Sweet Cheese has achieved significant recognition in cannabis competitions, winning 1st place at Tarragona in 2015, 1st place in Menorca in 2017, and 2nd place in Miranda de Ebro in 2013.
The strain exhibits elongated, somewhat delicate buds typical of sativa-dominant varieties, with springy but not overly dense flowers caked in glittering trichomes. The buds display light to medium green coloration with vibrant orange-red pistils scattered throughout. Sweet Cheese is known for its distinctive aromatic profile that combines the signature funky cheese characteristics inherited from its Cheese parent with the spicy, incense-like qualities from Black Jack. This creates a complex scent described as creamy brie combined with sweet grape flavors and subtle spicy woodiness.

Outdoor plants can produce 350-550g per plant and are ready for harvest in mid-October. The strain requires adequate height clearance (minimum 7 feet) due to its sativa-dominant stretch during flowering.
