Pink Kush is an indica-dominant hybrid strain, typically containing approximately 80-90% indica genetics and 10-20% sativa genetics. The strain's exact lineage remains somewhat unclear, but it is widely believed to be an offspring or relative of the legendary OG Kush, developed from a special OG Kush phenotype that was selected and stabilized by breeders. Pink Kush was developed and popularized by the renowned Barney's Farm seedbank, which has carefully refined this strain to highlight its best characteristics. The strain is believed to have emerged in the late 1990s or early 2000s and has gained particular popularity in Canada.
