Orange Blossom Special

Orange Blossom Special (commonly abbreviated as OBS) is a sativa-dominant hybrid created by Greenpoint Seeds in March 2023. This strain represents a cross between Clementine and Stardawg, two strains known for their pungent flavors and aromas. Greenpoint Seeds is an American seed bank based in Colorado and founded in 2014 by a grower known only as Gu, whose experience with cannabis dates back to the early 2000s. The strain preserves a lot of great traits from both its parent strains, including the zesty citrus aromas of Clementine, the dank fuel notes of Stardawg, and the potency and strong growth traits of both.

Physically, Orange Blossom Special plants typically grow to moderate heights during veg but may stretch notably once in bloom. These plants are receptive to training, and typically grow bright green leaves and stems/branches with moderately spaced nodes. The flowers are particularly striking, as Orange Blossom Special produces bright yellow-green leaves with thick, trichome-encrusted flowers speckled with orange hairs. Come flowering time, Orange Blossom Special plants amass an abundance of long, tight, and vibrant buds that reek of citrus, skunk, and fuel. In some phenotypes, Orange Blossom Special flowers may take on pretty pinkish-purple hues.
