Overview
Mimosa EVO is an evolved version developed by Barney's Farm from a famous Emerald Triangle cut originally bred by Symbiotic Genetics, now enhanced with their proprietary Orange Punch genetics. This 60% indica-dominant hybrid represents a collaboration between the Dutch seed bank and Californian breeders to create a high-potency strain. The strain is made from a genetic cross between Orange Punch and Mimosa, building upon the original Mimosa lineage of Clementine and Purple Punch. The plants produce large, frosted buds that are rich in cannabinoids and terpenes, with plants developing beautiful purple/blue hues in cooler conditions and dense purple flowers covered in sticky white resin. THC levels can reach up to 30% by expert growers, though 24-26% is typical for most cultivators. The strain has gained recognition for its exceptional combination of visual appeal, potency, and production capabilities, making it a standout addition to modern cannabis genetics.
