Frozen Black Cherry is a cross between Blackberry Moonrocks and Pacific Frost, bred by Anesia Seeds as an indica-dominant hybrid with 80% indica and 20% sativa genetics. This strain was developed to combine the extremely high resin production and diverse terpene profile of both parent strains. Blackberry Moonrocks itself was created from a Blue Moonrock female and Blackberry Kush male, known for its gigantic THC content of 33%.
The strain boasts such high resin production that the buds appear frozen and covered in a thick layer of ice, giving it its distinctive name. Frozen Black Cherry is packed with THC and has an extremely frosty appearance, with buds that are rock hard, super sticky, typically indica and produce a smooth enjoyable smoke that is extremely fruity and sweet. In a short flowering time of just 8-9 weeks, she delivers heavy yields of fruity, sweet, resin-soaked buds. She produces high yields indoors of up to 500g/m² and outdoors 1000g per plant. Frozen Black Cherry typically reaches medium heights of 100–140cm indoors while outdoors, she can grow considerably taller, reaching 160–220cm.
