Critical Super Silver Haze is a sativa-dominant hybrid strain (70% sativa/30% indica) created through crossing Critical Mass and Super Silver Haze. Originally developed by Delicious Seeds through careful selection and crossbreeding, combining the best attributes of its parent lines. This strain represents the evolution of cannabis breeding that began in the early 2000s, where innovation in sativa-dominant genetics was gaining significant momentum, with breeders prioritizing not only high THC levels but also distinctive aromatic profiles and robust growth traits.
The strain combines Super Silver Haze, one of the quickest flowering sativas, with the renowned clone of Critical Mass, which has sativa traces with a flower formation typical of indica hybrids. Critical Super Silver Haze perfectly combines the characteristics of both strains. The flowers are dense and have fluffy spade-shaped minty green nugs with sparse thick orange hairs and a coating of tiny bright white crystal trichomes. Flowers are dense, coated with trichomes, and contain purple colour throughout.
