Chrystal is a child of celebrity parents, destined for her own renown. The Chrystal mother derives from the legendary White Widow strain. To breed Chrystal, Nirvana backcrossed White Widow with famed daddy Northern Lights. Chrystal is a White Widow hybrid that has been re-back-crossed with Northern Light. This indica dominant hybrid (60% indica/40% sativa) strain was created through crossing the infamous White Widow X Northern Lights strains and boasts moderately high THC level that ranges from 15-21% on average. Chrystal took first place in the Dutch High Life Cup in 2002. It was originally bred by Nirvana Seeds.
Chrystal buds have arrowhead-shaped bright neon green nugs with beautiful delicate golden undertones and thin twisty amber hairs. Each nug is completely frosted with thick chunky white trichomes and is practically dripping with sweet sticky resin. Its big sticky buds give off an almost kerosene-like aroma and Chrystal's sticky buds have noticeable kerosene overtones – a clean but pungent lawnmower whiff. Crystal Weed is a potent, medium-high THC strain, typically testing between 21% and 25%, with minimal CBD levels (around 0.02%). Originating from the legendary Northern Light x White Widow cross, this feminized variety boasts a genetic profile of roughly 70% Indica and 30% Sativa.

Chrystal can be cultivated indoors with a flowering time of approximately 70 days (8-10 weeks). The strain produces good yields that reach to 400 - 500 g/m² indoors. The flowering period is 8-10 weeks and the harvest brings sticky, resinous buds. Chrystal is a fine indoor plant, whether the garden is a soil or a hydro system.
