Chemdog 91 Bx is a backcross breeding project from Lucky Dog Seed Co and can be cultivated indoors and outdoors, available as feminized seeds. The breeding process involved using a garlic og male to hit the chem 91 originally, then finding a chem dom male from that and hitting the original chem again multiple times through the lineage to make a stable bx chemdog91 male. This represents breeding work to stabilize and refine the genetics of the legendary Chem 91 strain, one of three females that became "Chem 91" or "ChemDog '91" from the original 1991 seeds, with the numerical addition of "91" believed to reference the year the strain first came into existence. The original Chem 91 came from 13 magic seeds found in an ounce, and after popping the first four seeds, three females yielded the notorious Chem 91 which immediately became one of the most desirable strains and served as the parent for many strain legends like OG Kush and Sour Diesel. The backcross work aims to preserve and enhance the characteristics that made the original so influential in cannabis breeding history.
