Chem 91 x Laos
Chem 91 x Laos
Also known as: Chem91 x Laos, Chemdog 91 x Laos
Overview
The legendary clone only Chemdog 91 meets the Laos landrace sativa for a very special hybrid! This is a limited edition reg seed line coming on 4/20, only 42 packs being released! Chem 91 x Laos represents a unique fusion of two distinct cannabis lineages: the potent, diesel-fueled genetics of the famous Chemdog 91 clone and the pure, highland sativa characteristics of the Laos landrace from Muang Sing. The Laos landrace was originally collected by Bodhi Seeds on a strain hunting expedition in Laos near the China border in a remote location. This variety is originally cultivated by the Akha tribe in highland Laos. This genuinely pure sativa has absolutely no indica influence, which cannot be said about most typical plants these days!
This hybrid combines Chem 91, also known as "Chem #91," "Chemdog 91," and "Chemdawg 91," is a hybrid marijuana strain known for its very strong diesel smell with a piney-lemon aftertaste with the really positive high full of laughter and zero anxiety characteristics of the Laos landrace. The resulting strain offers a complex profile that marries the chemical, diesel-forward notes of the Chemdog lineage with the spicy, incense-like qualities of the highland Laotian genetics. The aroma profile includes skunk, sativa spice, and rotten meat notes, while the flavor presents pungent skunk, rotten meat, and putrid characteristics. Users report that the first hit gets you right in the forehead.

Growing Information
Chem 91 x Laos is considered a specialty strain that combines the challenging aspects of both parent genetics. The Chem 91 genetics contribute a moderate difficulty level requiring experienced cultivation skills, while the Laos landrace brings an extremely long flowering period of approximately 11-13 weeks. Indoor growing is recommended due to the extended flowering time. The strain is expected to produce moderate yields but with exceptional quality. Plants may exhibit the stretchy, tall growth characteristic of sativa-dominant hybrids and will likely require support structures during flowering. The strain produces very pungent aromas that make discretion difficult during cultivation. Climate control is crucial, with preference for warm, semi-humid conditions. This limited release strain was only available in regular (non-feminized) seeds with only 42 packs ever released.
