CCR
CCR
Overview
CCR is an indica-dominant cannabis strain developed by Land and Heir Genetics that emerged in 2015 through an accidental pollination event. The strain was created when an Oregon Diesel female was accidentally pollinated by an AK47 plant from Serious Seeds' 2009 seed stock. Named after the band Creedence Clearwater Revival, CCR quickly gained recognition for its unique genetic profile and exceptional qualities. The original CCR cut is now extinct as a clone but lives on through various crosses including Midnight Special and CCR x Skunk 18. This strain is genetically anthocyanin dominant, meaning it naturally expresses purple coloration. CCR flowers for approximately 9 weeks and exhibits remarkable genetic stability with consistent sexual characteristics. The strain is known for its distinctive floral potpourri aroma with hints of diesel fuel, creating a complex and memorable scent profile. As a medium feeder, CCR stretches approximately 1.5 times during flowering and adapts well to various growing styles and structures, making it versatile for cultivators.

Growing Information
CCR is suitable for indoor, outdoor, and greenhouse cultivation with a flowering time of approximately 60 days (8-9 weeks). The strain is considered easy to moderate difficulty for growers, stretching about 1.5 times its vegetative height during flowering. It performs well as a medium feeder and adapts to various growing structures and styles. Plants can be cultivated successfully in both soil and hydroponic systems. The strain shows good genetic stability and uniform growth characteristics. CCR was never available as feminized seeds from the original breeder. Growers should expect dense, resinous buds with good trichome production. The strain benefits from proper support during flowering due to dense bud development.
