CBD MediHaze
CBD MediHaze
Also known as: MediHaze, CBD Medi Haze
Overview
CBD MediHaze is a sativa-dominant hybrid strain (80% sativa, 20% indica) that was specifically bred for medicinal users by CBD Crew. This strain is a three-way cross between Super Silver Haze, Neville's Haze, and an undisclosed high-CBD parent strain, developed through the collaborative efforts of renowned breeders Shantibaba of Mr. Nice Seedbank and Jaime of Resin Seeds. The strain gained recognition by winning third prize in the CBD category at the High Times Cannabis Cup in 2013, and also won second place at The Emerald Cup 2019 in the CBD Flowers category.
CBD MediHaze offers a THC:CBD ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:10, allowing medical users to benefit from high CBD levels without experiencing significant psychoactive effects. The strain features elongated, sativa-like buds with a radiant green hue and dense trichome coverage that can reach concentrations of up to 20%. The aromatic profile combines pine, mint, spice, honey, and lemon scents, while the flavor translates to a spicier palette when smoked, reminiscent of classic haze genetics. The strain provides clear-headed, uplifting effects typical of sativa genetics while maintaining the therapeutic benefits of high CBD content.

Growing Information
CBD MediHaze is not a difficult strain to grow and does not stretch much, unlike its Super Silver Haze ancestor. The strain is ready for harvest after 9-10 weeks of flowering at 12/12 light schedule. For outdoor cultivation in the Northern Hemisphere, plants finish by mid-October. Expected yields range between 450-550 grams per square meter indoors, with most weight developing during the latter part of flowering. For optimal smoothness, buds should be cured for 6 weeks. The strain shows good resistance to common growing challenges and produces consistent results for both indoor and outdoor cultivation.
