Brain Surfing
Brain Surfing
Overview
Brain Surfing is a cerebral sativa hybrid featuring genetics from PuTang, Chem 1, Sunshine Daydream, and the THCV-containing Laos Landrace. Developed by MassMedicalStrains, this strain was created as a limited release of only 26 packs in total, making it an exclusive offering. These plants grow similarly to Chick Magnet, presenting as a more sativa-influenced version of a PuTang plant with additional funk blended in. The strain represents a complex genetic mashup designed to deliver serious euphoria and creativity, with the unique addition of Laos Landrace genetics contributing rare THCV content. Both purple and green phenotypes can be found, with good chances of expressing Guaiol, the rare blue spruce terpene, dominant in the Axle Grease mother. The strain's lineage combines the citrus-forward PuTang with the legendary Chemdog genetics and the highland sativa characteristics of Laos Landrace, creating what the breeder describes as being "on its own plane of existence."

Growing Information
Brain Surfing is a mostly sativa strain that can be cultivated indoors, outdoors, and in greenhouse settings with a flowering time of approximately 67 days (±9-10 weeks). MassMedicalStrains' Brain Surfing was never available as feminized seeds. Given its sativa-dominant genetics and inclusion of Laos Landrace (which requires longer flowering times), growers should expect plants with moderate stretch and sativa growth patterns. The strain's limited availability as a 26-pack exclusive suggests it may require more experienced cultivation techniques.
