Black Light Fantasy, one of its parent strains, is itself a cross between Mendo Purps and Purple Unicorn created by Bodhi Seeds, contributing complex purple genetics and berry-grape terpene profiles to the lineage. Black Light Bubba can be cultivated indoors, outdoors and greenhouse with plants needing a flowering time of approximately 70 days. Flowering time ranges from 63-70 days with two noted phenotypes - one shorter, squatter plant that stretches about 0.5x larger in size, and a second that will double in size, producing long tall colas. In vegetative growth, the plant grows quickly and produces many lateral branches, with lower branches benefiting from trimming. The plant benefits from a multi-topped bush style grow, with taller phenotypes requiring staking due to the sheer amount of bud.
