Biscotti Pancakes
Biscotti Pancakes
Also known as: Biscotti Pancake, Biscotti Cakes
Overview
Biscotti Pancakes is a slightly sativa-dominant hybrid strain (60% sativa/40% indica) created through crossing Wedding Cake and Biscotti strains, masterfully crafted by renowned breeder Tiki Madman. The Biscotti parent strain is a cross between Gelato #25 and South Florida OG, while Pancakes is derived from London Pound Cake and Kush Mints. Tiki Madman, recognized for creating some of the most intriguing hybrids in recent years, skillfully fused these two strains to capture the finest traits of both lineages.
Biscotti Pancakes produces visually impressive, dense and chunky buds that are typically medium to large in size, displaying vibrant forest green shades highlighted by deep purple undertones. The buds are encrusted in a thick layer of trichomes, giving them a frosted, sugar-like appearance that glistens under light, with fiery orange pistils contrasting sharply against the dark green and purple backdrop. The flavor profile is exceptionally distinctive, featuring nutty pancake-like overtones accented by creamy, buttery vanilla syrup, with aromatic notes described as a nutty vanilla citrus cake with hints of tart lemon and black pepper.

Growing Information
Biscotti Pancakes is relatively straightforward to cultivate, making it suitable for growers of all experience levels, with a flowering period of 8-9 weeks. Indoor yields can reach up to 400 grams per square meter under optimal conditions, while outdoor cultivation can yield around 400 grams per plant with harvests typically occurring in late September or early October. The strain flourishes in continental climates and thrives in both indoor and outdoor settings, with indoor growers needing to maintain temperatures of 70-80°F (21-27°C) and good air circulation. Plants typically reach heights of 5-8 feet indoors, requiring adequate space and training techniques such as topping and low-stress training (LST). Growers can employ techniques such as Sea of Green (SOG) or Screen of Green (SCROG) to enhance bud development and maximize yield and potency.
