Bandaid Haze 3.0
Bandaid Haze 3.0
Also known as: Bandaide Haze, Band-Aid Haze, Piff, Bandaid Haze IX 3.0
Overview
Bandaid Haze 3.0 is a pure sativa by Doc-D of the Magic Spirit Seed Co. This old-school sativa dates back to the '90s and has NYC Haze roots. Originating in the late '90s, this sativa was developed from seeds brought by a Spanish grower, pollinated by Thai, and eventually shared with Doc D who shared with Bodhi. Bodhi germinated these seeds in 2013 and obtained one male plant, which he used to pollinate his cut of Cuban Black Haze. The strain was referred to as Piff by Bodhi initially. The beans were shared almost exclusively with Doc D, who after running them selected the Piff #7 and shared a cut of it back with Bodhi. The strain was initially named "Piff" by Bodhi and later coined "Bandaid Haze" by him and Doc D due to its exceptional qualities, and because it "heals all wounds."
Bodhi had it tested and it came back in the high 20's. Bodhi and Doc D shared cuts with other forum members here in late 2014 and after some discussion most of us agree that it is actually better than Cuban Black Haze and it also has a shorter flower time (100 days). This cut has placed and dominated at Piffcon, known for holding its own in rooms full of heavy hitters. The strain represents a significant achievement in sativa breeding, combining traditional haze characteristics with modern cultivation techniques. Bandaide Haze buds have oversized and airy, spade-shaped bright neon green nugs with super thin orange hairs and tiny, golden-white crystal trichomes. This strain is a bit smaller and larfy like a true haze so please be aware.

Growing Information
Bandaide Haze can be cultivated indoors and outdoors (Where the plants will need a flowering time of ±100 days). What you're getting here is that real-deal haze structure, longer flower times, airier buds, but untouched pistils and a clean hand trim that keeps the integrity intact. This strain is considered expert level difficulty due to its long flowering time and traditional haze growth patterns. I believe she goes 14 weeks I could be wrong though. The plants produce average yields but require patience and experience to cultivate properly. Indoor and outdoor cultivation are both possible, though the long flowering period makes it challenging for novice growers.
