Also known as: Axel Grease
Overview
Axle Grease is a sativa-dominant hybrid strain (60% sativa/40% indica) created by the renowned breeder Mass Medical Strains through a unique three-way cross of Chemdawg #1, Sunshine Daydream, and PuTang. This strain represents a special creation featuring Chemdog genetics in a totally new way, utilizing the rare Chem 1 sativa phenotype to develop a super unique sativa pedigree with many amazing traits. Released as a limited edition 4/20 2022 MMS special with only 74 packs ever produced, Axle Grease has quickly gained recognition for its exceptional characteristics and bag appeal.
The strain exhibits mostly purple phenotypes with some green variants, featuring insanely dense, frosty gentle foxtails with beautiful structure. Plants display dark green shiny leaves reminiscent of Chemdog, while producing pink and purple resin rails that are absolutely dripping in resin. The buds are fluffy, grape-shaped forest green with minty undertones, thin orange hairs, and chunky bright white trichomes coated with sticky, sweet resin. The aroma is particularly intense, featuring strong notes of model paint and gasoline, with some phenotypes showing dominant orange skunk characteristics alongside spicy herbs and citrus.
