Auto Kabul
Auto Kabul
Also known as: Afghani Granny
Overview
Auto Kabul is an outstanding pure Afghani Indica strain developed by Divine Seeds, originating from an ancient landrace population discovered in Southern Afghanistan and stabilized in 2002. This classic heavy-stoning variety represents authentic Afghani genetics that have been bred by local hashish producers for over two centuries. The strain showcases the traditional characteristics of Hindu Kush genetics while featuring unique purple and violet coloration capabilities when exposed to cooler temperatures during late flowering. The autoflowering version was created by crossing the original Kabul strain with ruderalis genetics, maintaining the potent indica effects while adding rapid flowering traits.
Auto Kabul produces compact, resinous plants that rarely exceed 90 cm in height, making them ideal for stealth cultivation. The strain is particularly noted for its exceptional resin production and hash-making qualities, with buds developing impressive trichome coverage. Despite its compact stature, plants can yield 400-600 g/m² under optimal conditions. The strain's hardy nature and heat resistance make it suitable for novice growers, requiring minimal care while delivering consistently potent results. When grown in cooler conditions during the final weeks of flowering, plants develop striking violet and purple hues.

Growing Information
Auto Kabul is an excellent choice for beginner growers due to its hardy nature and minimal care requirements. The strain has a rapid flowering time of 55-56 days from seed to harvest, with plants staying compact at 80-90 cm height. It thrives in both indoor and outdoor environments, with outdoor plants typically exceeding indoor yields. The strain is highly resistant to heat, pests, mold, and fungi due to its Afghan landrace genetics. Suitable for various growing techniques including SOG, SCROG, LST, and mainlining. Plants may require support during flowering due to dense cola formation, and good ventilation is essential. For purple coloration, expose plants to lower temperatures during the final 1-2 weeks of flowering.
