Amsterdam Koffehouse Gibbskut
Amsterdam Koffehouse Gibbskut
Also known as: AKG, Platinum Bubba
Overview
Amsterdam Koffehouse Gibbskut (also known as Platinum Bubba) is a clone-only indica-dominant hybrid developed by GibbsKutz Genetics. The strain originated when a GibbsKutz associate brought back clone packs of Platinum Bubba from Amsterdam to Colorado, which the breeder dubbed "AKG" - Amsterdam Koffehouse Gibbskut. This strain was never available as seeds and exists exclusively as clones. GibbsKutz Genetics is a small batch craft breeder established in 2015 when the founder's father was undergoing cancer treatment, and their cannabis medicine helped more than traditional pharmaceuticals. As a Platinum Bubba phenotype, this strain represents a cross between Platinum OG Kush and Bubba Kush, creating an indica-dominant hybrid with approximately 80% indica genetics and 20% sativa characteristics.

Growing Information
Amsterdam Koffehouse Gibbskut, being a Platinum Bubba phenotype, has a flowering time of 8-9 weeks. Indoor yields average around 14 oz/m², while outdoor cultivation can produce up to 21 oz per plant when harvested in early October. This is exclusively a clone-only variety that was never made available as seeds. The strain is reportedly resistant to pests and problems, making it relatively easy to grow both indoors and outdoors, producing dense, resinous buds covered in trichomes. Growing difficulty is considered moderate to easy for experienced cultivators.
