Amnesia XXL Autoflowering
Amnesia XXL Autoflowering
Also known as: Amnesia XXL Auto, Amnesia Auto XXL
Overview
Amnesia XXL Autoflowering is a cannabis seed developed by Dinafem Seeds, born from an Original Amnesia and an Original Amnesia Autoflowering, creating a clearly Sativa-dominant plant. This third-generation autoflowering strain represents a breakthrough that challenges traditional prejudices about autoflowering genetics, delivering amazingly productive plants with THC content and taste exactly what one would expect from such a legendary lineage. The strain maintains the classic Amnesia characteristics while incorporating the practical benefits of autoflowering genetics, making it accessible to both novice and experienced cultivators.
Physically, Amnesia XXL Autoflowering develops into Sativa-shaped plants that are slim, sturdy and elongated with large internodal spacing and elegant leaves with thin, jagged leaflets, potentially growing up to 1.70 m tall. The plants produce high levels of THC and big, compact buds that shine with resin. The strain produces typically Sativa airy, elongated, fox tail-shaped buds that are rather resistant to mould and botrytis. The combination of traditional Amnesia genetics with autoflowering capabilities results in a strain that offers both the beloved effects of classic Amnesia and the convenience of automatic flowering cycles.

Growing Information
Flowering time is 75-90 days from seed with indoor yields of 450-500 g/m² and outdoor yields of 60-170 g/plant, reaching heights of 75-170 cm. This is considered an easy-to-grow, low-maintenance strain suitable for beginners that can be grown outside in normal warm summers. Due to its Sativa status, the strain needs more nutrients than other plants, requiring slightly higher fertilization than other strains. Best results are obtained with pots of at least 10L or even 20L if space permits, and when working with soil, it's paramount to ensure good aeration by adding 1/3 of coco coir to the substrate. The strain shows excellent resistance to moisture and has a fast life cycle, making it highly suitable for growing in rainy climates where the hot-dry season is not especially long, substantially reducing the likelihood of botrytis, mould or fungi.
