Alexander Kush is an indica-dominant hybrid cannabis strain created by Cabin Fever Seed Breeders from the Sierra Nevada mountains of Northern California. This strain was developed through a cross between OG Kush and Blue Geez, resulting in a potent indica with unique characteristics. The strain received its name under particularly poignant circumstances, as the breeder was harvesting seeds on the day they received news of their son's death, making the name feel meaningful and appropriate. Originally considered to be named "Frost Monsters" due to their exceptional trichome production, Alexander Kush plants are known for their vigorous growth and heavy resin development.
The strain exhibits typical indica characteristics with dense, resinous buds that become heavily encrusted with trichomes very early in the flowering cycle, typically around three weeks. The plants are described as hearty and easy to grow, displaying vigorous growth during the vegetative stage.
