Overview
AK420 Autoflower is a hybrid cannabis strain created by crossing a potent AK-420 with Ruderalis genetics to provide autoflowering capabilities. The strain was developed by Seedstockers using their old school Dutch mother of AK47 BCN Selection, known for exceptional resilience to pathogens and disease, open growth structure and open internodal spacing, huge yield potential and overall potency. Based on the classic AK-47 genetics, this strain represents a 35% indica / 65% sativa hybrid.
The plant displays sativa dominance in its growth structure with tall, bushy plants that produce one huge main central cola surrounded by densely packed side branches. When harvested, the buds are thumb-sized, resin-coated flowers with solid density that are hard to squeeze. The color of AK420 autoflower buds is bright green, with bright orange hairs wrapped around the swollen calyx and sugar-sized trichomes. Plants can grow very tall, reaching a final height of 120-150 cm, and are resistant to heavy winds, heat stress, cold nighttime temperatures, mold, mildew, insects, pathogens and plant disease.
