Airheadz is a slightly indica dominant hybrid weed strain made from a genetic cross between Runtz and Pink Runtz, with a 55% indica and 45% sativa makeup. Bred by West Coast Cure, this strain is named after the iconic candy for its sweet and fruity flavor that will make your mouth water. The strain emerged as part of the modern candy-gas wave of designer cannabis, reflecting consumer demand for strains with distinct terpene profiles and robust effects.
Visually, Airheadz has dense spade-shaped forest green nugs with deep purple undertones, lots of thin orange hairs and a coating of tiny, dark purple-tinted white crystal trichomes. The buds are chunky with a medium density, flashing green and purple hues with copious amounts of frosty white trichomes. Multiple genetic lineages exist under the Airheadz name, including versions from AV3 Genetics using Blue Cheese and Plushberry genetics, and other breeders using variations like Zerbert x Project 4516, but the most widely recognized version remains the Runtz x Pink Runtz cross popularized by West Coast Cure.

The strain is considered suitable for all types of growers with relatively easy cultivation requirements.
