Afghan Mazar Auto
Afghan Mazar Auto
Also known as: Auto Mazar, Mazar Auto, Auto Afghan Mazar
Overview
Afghan Mazar Auto is the result of crossing legendary Afghani genetics with Skunk #1, then enhanced with ruderalis genetics to create an autoflowering version. The award-winning Indica-dominant Mazar formed the basis of this powerful and stable autoflower, developed by Dutch Passion during the emergence of autoflower strains in the cannabis world. The original Mazar-i-Sharif strain is known to Afghan farmers as 'Mazari', 'Balkhi', or 'Mazar-i-Sharif' and originates in the Balkh region of northern Afghanistan, the historic heartland of Afghan cannabis culture. This strain grows robust compact Christmas trees with thick buds and sticky flowers in 10 weeks. Auto Mazar plants reach an average height of 70 to 80cm and are strong, providing very good yields. In terms of smell and taste, this strain comes close to a traditional Afghan hashish strain with earthy and spicy Kush notes accompanied by fruity citrus scents with strong lime/lemon aromas. With enough light, this lady grows in a beautiful Christmas tree structure with many thick side branches full of heavy flowers and a nice large main bloom.

This strain does well indoors under 20 hours of daily light in any growing system whether soil, coco or hydro. Even first-time cannabis growers can achieve 50-100g of thick compact buds, and it's a forgiving variety that copes well with minor beginner mistakes. Plants reach 70-80cm in height. Novice growers typically harvest around 50g per plant, while experienced growers can get 100-200+ grams per plant, especially in hydro systems. Best result recorded is 900g from one plant, with indoor cultivation averaging 500g/m2. Outdoors, the growing period takes around 85-100 days from seed to harvest. This autoflower does well outdoors in earth/garden as well as containers, ideal as a balcony plant due to its compact structure. Extremely resistant strain that can tolerate beginners' mistakes and can produce up to 300g/plant in 10 weeks in almost all climates.
